The staff failed to inform me that there was a different opening time during the week, causing me to miss out on the last breakfast of my stay. This lack of information was frustrating and left a negative impression on an otherwise enjoyable visit.

The cleanliness of our room. Upon arrival, there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke, forcing us to leave the windows open all day to air it out.

We had an amazing stay at this hostel in Amsterdam. the location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from the metro station and a short distance from the shopping area near Amsterdam Arena. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the hostel offered great prices and the option to store luggage, which was convenient for our check-out day.
